This application contains advertisements.
These are third-party advertisements served through the “Google Ads” service of the owner “Google”. These advertisements are used during certain events within the game. They appear on the entire screen (“interstitial” ads). The user can close the ad by tapping on associated buttons when they are visible on the screen or tap on the ad to be redirected to an advertising service page.
A network connection (via WIFI / Mobile data...) is required to be able to display the advertisements of the service “Google Ads” and to be able to progress in the game.

This application collects through the third-party service “Google Mobile Ads”, cookies, usage data and unique device identifier for advertising purposes.
This application does not use sensitive or personal data, such as:
personal identification of the user, financial identification, payment and authentication identification, telephone directory, contacts, device location, data regarding SMS and calls, health data, data “Health Connect”, the inventory of other applications on the device, data from the camera and microphone sensors, as well as other sensitive data on the device.

When you use this application, usage data is collected automatically. Unless otherwise stated, all information required by the application is mandatory and its non-provision may prevent the provision of services.

Any use of cookies - or other tracking tools - by this application or by the owners of third party services used by this application serves to provide the service required by the user, in addition to any other purpose described in this document and the cookie policy, if available.

Users are responsible for any third party personal data obtained through this application and confirm that they have obtained the third party’s consent to provide the data to Phone Dragons.

This application does not use sensitive or personal data, such as: personal identification of the user, financial identification, payment identification and authentication, telephone directory, contacts, device location, SMS and call data, health data, Health Connect data, other device app inventory, microphone and camera sensor data, and other sensitive device data.

Users do not need to validate the consent for use of personal data, as these are not used by default.

Legal basis for processing

Phone Dragons may request the third party service of “Google” to process personal data about users if they have given their consent for one or more specific purposes.
Note: Under certain legislations, Phone Dragons may ask the third party service of “Google” to process personal data until the user opposes such processing (“opt-out”), without relying on consent or any other subsequent legal basis.
However, this does not apply when the processing of personal data is subject to European data protection law; the provision of data is necessary for the performance of a contract with the user and/or for any pre-contractual obligation of the userthis; the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which Phone Dragons is subject; the processing is related to a task that is performed in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority conferred on it;
the processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by Phone Dragons or a third party.
In all cases, Phone Dragons may ask the third-party services of “Google” to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to conclude a contract.

Place of data processing

The data is processed on the premises of the third-party service of “Google”.
Depending on the location of the user, data transfers may involve the transfer of the user’s data to a country other than their own. To know more about the place of processing of these transferred data, users can consult the section containing details on the processing of personal data.

Users also have the right to inquire about the legal basis of data transfers to a country outside the European Union or to any international organization governed by public international law or created by two or more countries, the UN, and on Phone Dragons’ security measures to protect their data.

Shelf life

The third party service of “Google” stores personal information collected in accordance with this privacy policy, as long as you use our services or as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which this information was collected, including providing our services, resolving disputes, establishing legal defenses, pursuing legitimate business objectives, enforcing our agreements and complying with applicable laws.

Securing the project

Phone Dragons has taken appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of game data. Phone Dragons secured the “Cyber Maze” project by depositing a “Soleau” envelope at the “INPI” (National Institute of Intellectual Property).

If a user commits one or more of the above violations, he will be liable to sanctions by INPI.

Therefore

Users can find specific information about the legitimate interests pursued by Phone Dragons in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting Phone Dragons.
The third-party service of “Google” may be allowed to retain personal data for a longer period if the user has given consent to such processing, until such consent is withdrawn. In addition, the third-party service of “Google” may be required to retain personal data for a longer period if this is required to comply with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, personal data will be deleted.
Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be applied after the expiry of the retention period.

Data about the user is collected in order to enable Phone Dragons to provide its Service, comply with its legal obligations, respond to requests from law enforcement, protect its rights and interests (or those of its users or third parties), to detect any malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as for the following purposes: device permissions for access to personal data, analysis, registration and authentication, access to third-party accounts, registration and authentication directly provided by this Application and advertising.

The rights of users
