When downloading or using our applications, the following conditions will apply automatically. Please read them carefully before using our applications.

Intellectual property rights

You are not authorized to copy or modify any applications, parts of applications or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to try to extract source code from applications, nor should you try to translate applications into other languages, or make derivative versions. The applications themselves, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other related intellectual property rights, still belong to Phone Dragons. Phone Dragons reserves the right to make changes to the applications or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for applications or services without being very clear about what you are paying.

Services and vulnerabilities

Our applications store and process personal data collected by the third-party service “Google Ads” for advertising and application diagnostics. We recommend that you do not change the software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device’s official operating system. This could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise the security features of your phone and it could mean that our apps are not working properly.

Internet connection

Some functions of the application require an active internet connection. In particular, the third-party service “Google Ads” requires a permanent connection during game sessions, in order to be able to show advertisements at certain events in the game. The progress in the game is directly related to the display of advertisements and therefore, an internet connection is required. The connection may be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Phone Dragons cannot take responsibility that the app does not work normally if you do not have access to internet. If you use the apps outside of a WiFi zone, you should remember that your terms and conditions with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile service provider for the cost of data during the duration of connection when accessing the application, or other third party charges. By using the apps, you accept responsibility for these charges, including data roaming charges if you use the app outside of your jurisdiction (i.e. region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the apps, please note that we assume you have received permission from the payor to use the apps.
In the same vein, Phone Dragons cannot always take responsibility for how you use the apps, so you need to make sure your device stays charged while using the app. When using the Phone Dragons apps, it is important to keep in mind that while we strive to ensure they are up-to-date and work properly, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can share it with you.

Our app does not require an active internet connection to play. Once the game is downloaded to the “Google Play Store” (via an active internet connection), you no longer need an active internet connection to install and launch the game. The progression in the game is not limited. Phone Dragons cannot always take responsibility for how you use the apps, so you must ensure that your device remains charged while using the app. When using the Phone Dragons apps, it is important to keep in mind that while we strive to ensure they are up-to-date and work properly, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can share it with you.

Application Updates

At some point, we may want to update the applications. Applications are currently available on Android – requirements for this system may change and you will need to download updates if you want to continue using the applications. Phone Dragons does not promise that it will always update the apps so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when they are offered to you. We may also wish to cease providing the applications, and may terminate its use at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these conditions will terminate; (b) you must stop using the application and (if necessary) remove it from your device.

Changes to these Terms

We may update our terms from time to time, so please check this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page. These changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
